Day 4: 25.8. Pöchlan to Wien

With a visit at the Melk Abbey (founded in 1089, rebuilt 1702-1736).

We visited the library, that was very interesting, very old books, fake books, secret passages, many “étages”.
Day 7, Tue 28.8. Drive to Budapest

290 km/3:53. Metro 4.5km/45mn. Walk 4km/40 mn.
In the morning, visite of the Opera and the Library in Wienna, Then stopped in Carnutum, a city with buildings entirely reconstructed. It gives a good idea how the affluent romans were living.















In Budapest, after settling in our guesthouse, we took the bus to the city for dinner.
